Durkal et. al (2006) - Damage ratio
Description
Name: Durkal et. al (2006) - Damage ratio | General comments: Insurance experts were asked to give their estimations of damage levels and corresponding replacement cost ratios for eighteen cases of damage in Turkey. Their responses were analysed to yield following replacement-cost ratios which were eventually adopted in the loss estimations.
The damage levels from D1 to D5 are defined in European Macroseismic Scale – EMS’98. The details of this survey and the results of statistical analyses carried out can be found in [1].
